You ordered the Pleasure Elixir for the first time, tested it for two weeks and noticed that nothing has changed for you? We can hardly imagine that, but of course we still want to give you the opportunity to send the product back. Below is what you need to do to easily return your product.

How does the money-back guarantee work:

1. This is your first order of the Pleasure Elixir and after 2 weeks of testing you noticed that it didn't help you?! You write an e-mail to hello@femalepleasuresociety.io stating what your order number is and why you want to return the product. The more information you give in the e-mail, the quicker and easier the return will be for you and, of course, for us as well.

2. You will then receive an email with the return address and a questionnaire that you should fill out.

3. You bring your product to the nearest post office.

4. We receive your return and arrange for the invoice amount to be reimbursed as quickly as possible using the payment method you used.

How long do I have to return something?

After you have tested the Elixir for 2 weeks, you have the opportunity to return your order to us free of charge for 30 days.

When and how do I get my money back?

The repayment is usually made with the originally used payment method.
